This little frog by Ricky Laahty is one we've had for decades. Sadly, I think one of his little frog toes may have suffered a slight injury in all the moving around of the last coupld of years. I say possibly because it's not really apparent and my eyes are not what they used to be, even with readers. But to be fair, and on the safe side, we're offering him at a reduced price just in case. Younger eyes may see that the slight flaw could be easily smoothed with an emery board, or you may choose to just love him as is. I have included pics so you can see just what I am referring to.

Ricky's frogs are iconic and were in high (crazy high) demand in the late 1990's and for the first decade of 2000. I honestly don't know what the market for them is currently. Though we didn't really realize it at the time, we were absolutely in the contemporary "hay day" of resurgence in interest of Zuni carvings when we started our collection and this website. So much has changed.

He's very tiny, but perfectly adorable. Carved in ricolite serpentine with an upright posture and Ricky's famous double inlay shell eyes. Signed and dated on the bottom. Ask any questions as he, and all other sales, are final.
