HOW TO ORDER:
Once you have made your selection(s), click the link on the item's page to order. It will open your email browser. Within your email we will need the shipping address and your preferred method for payment, along with the item number and description. (It
should appear in the subject line, but if not, please include it.)
When we receive your email, we will confirm availability, total your order with shipping and (Texas) sales tax. An invoice will be sent via your preferred payment provider.
We prefer online payments Venmo or Zelle, but we also accept Paypal, Facebook Pay, & Cash App. Since we are winding down, we are no longer absorbing PayPal fees. So if you pay via paypal, your fee will be included in your invoice total, as noted on the invoice. Let us know if you have questions.
Checks should be mailed to: 502 W. Montgomery, PMB #205, Willis, TX 77378. Please advise us
when ordering that you will be paying by check. New customers, we hold your check for
clearing for the initial transaction.
We ship Monday thru Friday, usually same day but definitely within
two days of payment receipt.
We ship via UPS or USPS depending on the value of the item. Pricier items are trusted to UPS.
We do not adjust value to reduce your customs costs. Nor are we responsible for shipping delays
once shipped.
We will send your tracking number or a screenshot of your receipt the day the parcel ships
Claims for insurance must be completed by you. We do not refund due to breakage. Be
sure to retain packing materials in case required for claims adjustment. You will be required to
forfeit the broken item.
All our Zuni fetishes come with a Certificate of Authenticity assuring you, the collector, that we have
either purchased the carving from the artist, or from wholesale dealers within Zuni, or trusted wholesale
dealers within the community.
